I really do like it and I don't want to come off as some pretentious graphic designer, but the fact that the eagle's body is a bit above the center kinda bothers me a bit. It makes it feel a little unbalanced.

I think something more could have been done with the sky. Maybe be a little brighter. I still love it muchly. I love toons and dark crap and you have brought them together beautifully!
